چکیده
Cryptosporidium spp. infection is one of the causes diarrhea in people living with HIV/AIDS. The objective this study to compare sensitivity microscopy and molecular biology determine prevalence Patients Living With HIV (PLWH). Stool blood samples collected analyzed Nested PCR detection Blood CD4+ count. A total 363 stool sites. Individuals aged 40 - 50 years (36.52%) most likely participate study. Type 1 accounted 86.22% population. consisted 47.65% diarrheal stool. Microscopic examination yielded 3.86% while was 3.96% identification. No statistically significant difference observed between these two prevalences (χ2 = 0.26; p 0.609). count factor associated both (OR 0.887, 0.001) 0.896, 0.001). demonstrated that improves patient diagnosis.
